Nightmare experience with landlord in Sofia after requesting deposit back

Hello guys, i want to share my experience with my previous landlord after 1 year stay. Just because i requested my deposit back it became a nightmare, every morning i receive a lonnnnnng email regarding bills and non sense details that i have no time to read. I am even able to pay him just to leave me alone even though i was paying my rent 3months in advance, bills on time. Apartment left super clean and excellent maintained. Just be careful from who you rent. I wish we can review landlords somewhere when they repost their apartment for rent. I am 10 years in sofia and this is the worst thing i have ever experienced.
